Hydrogen Production from Sawdust Pyrolysis Catalysed by TiO2 Impregnated Al2O3 Nanoparticles

In the present study, hydrogen production of wood sawdust pyrolysis catalysed by TiO2 impregnated Al2O3 (TiO2/Al2O3) was investigated under temperatures 600, 700 and 800 ℃. The catalyst preparation made wet impregnation method for enhanced hydrogen-rich gas from catalytic sawdust. Characterization morphology doped nanoparticles were performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) product analysed chromatography. presented showed highest H2 yield in as 17.04 mol/kg, productivity 0.72 Nm3/kg biomass at °C. Furthermore, carbon conversion rate detected 53.6% with catalyst. It observed that supplementation approximately 50% increased pyrolysis, compared to non-catalytic experiment pyrolysis.
